All custom patch orders require artwork approval, material confirmation, and payment authorization prior to production.

Once production begins, modifications or cancellations are subject to manufacturing stage and may incur additional fees.

Pricing is quoted based on design complexity, size, quantity, and chosen backing or materials. Quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise specified.

Full payment or an approved deposit is required to initiate production. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and approved purchase orders.

Typical production times vary from 7 to 14 business days after final approval. Rush services may be available upon request.

Shipping times depend on the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have proper authorization to reproduce the design. Custom Patches Lab is not liable for unauthorized design submissions.

We may showcase completed projects for promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure request is made in writing prior to production.

We guarantee craftsmanship quality and accuracy to approved proofs. If there is an error on our part, we will promptly replace or correct the order.

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are accepted only when defects or discrepancies from approved specifications are evident.

Custom Patches Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the courts located within New Castle County, Delaware.
